Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GSCPilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GSCPilot connects to your Google Search Console and GitHub accounts to scan your website, generate AI-powered SEO recommendations, and apply approved changes via pull requests or direct commits to your repository. The Service also tracks the impact of those changes over time using Search Console data.

3. Account & Authentication

You must sign in with a Google or GitHub account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activity that occurs under your login. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.

4. Your Repositories & Data

  • You retain full ownership of your code, repositories, and Search Console data.
  • GSCPilot reads your repository files to understand your website's structure and generate code-aware fixes.
  • GSCPilot only writes to your repository when you explicitly approve a suggestion and click “Create PR” or “Commit”.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all pull requests before merging. GSCPilot provides recommendations, not guarantees.

5. AI-Generated Content

Recommendations are generated using AI (Google Gemini) and may not always be accurate or optimal. You should review all suggestions before approving them. GSCPilot is not liable for any negative impact on your search rankings resulting from applied changes.

6. Plans & Billing

  • Free: Limited access for evaluation.
  • Managed ($49/month): Full access including AI API costs and infrastructure. Cancel anytime.
  • Lifetime ($149 once): Permanent access. You provide your own Gemini API key and cover your own API costs.

Prices may change with notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to spam, manipulate search results in bad faith, or engage in black-hat SEO practices.
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Use the Service to process data you do not have authorization to access.

8. Limitation of Liability

GSCPilot is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: changes to search rankings, loss of traffic, repository modifications, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your sites and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
